SYNOPSIS Emotionally davastated by the suicide of his teenage son, psychologist Dr. Michael Hunter gives up his succesful career as a therapist. But Barbara Lonigan, a former student, recruits Dr. Hunter to help her with a very special case. Barbara, a social worker, is concerned about the stability of Tommy, a young man with a gruesome past. Years ago, Tommy witnesses the brutal slaughter of his release from his release from a state facilility for boys. Barbara worries that he may not be ready to reenter the world.
