About

The actress Zoey Deutch is building a notably eclectic career, navigating effortlessly between independent productions and mainstream cinema. She began in the 2010s in television, before breaking out on the big screen in 2014 with her first leading role in Mark Waters’ fantasy comedy Vampire Academy.

Last year, she performed opposite Nicholas Hoult and Toni Collette in Clint Eastwood’s Juror #2 and also made her Broadway debut in Thornton Wilder’s play Our Town directed by Kenny Leon.

This year, she re-teamed with Richard Linklater for Nouvelle Vague, presented in competition at the last Cannes Film Festival.

Zoey Deutch will soon appear in Jan Komasa’s thriller Anniversary, as well as in the romantic comedies Voicemails for Isabelle directed by Sharon Maguire for Netflix and Chad Hartigan’s The Threesome, which she also produced.
