Jamie Adams is a Welsh film­mak­er known for inde­pen­dent films shot in just a few days, often with­out a tra­di­tion­al script but built from a “script­ment” that leaves room for impro­vi­sa­tion. Only What We Car­ry made no excep­tion and was impro­vised, and shot, in six days in Deauville and its surroundings.
