Synopsis

Ore­gon, 1933. After the death of his wife, Samuel Mur­phy is torn away from his daugh­ter and sent to a bru­tal labor camp. When a ruth­less over­seer offers him his free­dom in exchange for a dan­ger­ous gold-smug­gling mis­sion, Mur­phy seizes his only chance to return home. He embarks on a per­ilous expe­di­tion through a hos­tile wilder­ness, where betray­al lurks at every turn. How far will Mur­phy go to see his daugh­ter again?
