Daphné Baiwir

She began in the film indus­try as an actress, play­ing in more than 25 films, notably with Isabelle Hup­pert or Marthe Keller. She direct­ed her first short film Danse Funèbre at the age of 20. Her sec­ond one, C’est toi le chat !, was select­ed in com­pe­ti­tion at the Upp­sala Film Fes­ti­val in Swe­den. In 2015, she made her first fea­ture-length doc­u­men­tary, Devant les bar­reaux, about the pro­fes­sion­als work­ing in a prison.
