About

Jane Schoenbrun is a filmmaker, writer and curator. Their third narrative feature, Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, premiered this year in the Un Certain Regard section of the Cannes Film Festival, where it won the Queer Palm. The film is both a tender and highly irreverent homage to works such as Friday the 13th and Sleepaway Camp, while offering a profound exploration of desire, pleasure and gender through the lens of genre cinema.
