Jess Varley

Jess Var­ley was born and raised in Brook­lyn, and holds a BFA from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She works both in front of and behind the cam­era on tele­vi­sion series before co-cre­at­ing the hor­ror anthol­o­gy Pho­bias (2021). The Astro­naut is her first solo fea­ture film as a screen­writer and director.
