Lance Hammer

Los Angeles–based film­mak­er Lance Ham­mer stud­ied archi­tec­ture at the Uni­ver­si­ty of South­ern Cal­i­for­nia. In 2008, his first fea­ture, Bal­last, was select­ed in com­pe­ti­tion at Berlin, Sun­dance, where he won the Direct­ing Award, and Deauville, where it received the Jury Prize and the Rev­e­la­tion Prize.
