Olivier Sarbil

Born in Cor­si­ca and based in New York, Olivi­er Sar­bil is a mul­ti-award-win­ning doc­u­men­tary direc­tor and two-time Emmy-win­ning cin­e­matog­ra­ph­er. Over the past two decades, he has worked exten­sive­ly on many of the most press­ing glob­al con­flicts and social issues. He made a name for him­self with his dark, vis­cer­al style and his abil­i­ty to gain inti­mate access to dif­fi­cult subjects.
