Sam Mcconnell

A grad­u­ate of Colum­bia Uni­ver­si­ty, Sam McConnell co-found­ed McConnell/Hauser, a com­pa­ny pro­duc­ing fic­tions, com­mer­cials and non-fic­tions, includ­ing The Out List and The Trans List for HBO. In 2024, he direct­ed the fea­ture doc­u­men­tary Camp Ric­Star, and the fol­low­ing year sev­er­al episodes of the com­e­dy series The Ware­house Phase and Old­er Hot­ter Wis­er for Pea­cock. Test, from a semi-auto­bi­o­graph­i­cal screen­play by lead actor Brock Yurich, marks his fic­tion fea­ture direc­to­r­i­al debut.
