Deauville 2026: Three Days of Cinema and One Legend, Faye Dunaway

From September 7 to 9, the 52nd Deauville American Film Festival continued its celebration of cinema with 36 screenings over three days, averaging 12 screenings each day.

But above all, these three days were marked by the presence of a true legend of American cinema: Faye Dunaway.

A guest of honor at this year’s Festival, the iconic actress received the Deauville Icon Award, celebrating a remarkable career that has left an indelible mark on film history. On the Festival stage, Nicola Peltz Beckham presented Dunaway with the award, after the two had posed together at Hôtel Barrière Le Royal Deauville before walking the red carpet.

🏆 The trophy for the 52nd Deauville American Film Festival is an original creation by the French crystal house Daum.

The celebration continued on Deauville’s legendary Planches boardwalk, where Faye Dunaway discovered the beach hut that now bears her name — another tribute to an icon who joins the prestigious list of major film figures honored by Deauville.

Nicola Peltz Beckham, accompanied by Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, also added to the excitement of these three days at the Festival. From the red carpet and award ceremony to memorable moments shared with Faye Dunaway, the couple were among the notable guests of this latest chapter of #Deauville2026.

By the numbers: 3 days, 36 screenings, 12 screenings per day.
And one legendary icon at the heart of Deauville: Faye Dunaway.
